I specialise in recovery and injuries directly related to mountain sports. Alongside this I also understand the importance of relaxation and taking time out for yourself. Sports Massage Therapy is the base of my knowledge. I have since developed my skills further to offer Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones Massage and a Classic Relaxation Massage. These different types of massage complement each other and allow me to give you a truly incredible massage!
